GUEST POLICIES
we love that you chose us as your salon! but we do have a few requests...
LATE POLICY
We totally get it. Traffic is hectic, work runs late, or something comes up.
Usually we can accommodate a bit of a later arrival than expected. But as soon as we approach the 10-15 minute mark, we cut it a little close to any following appointments, which might effect the entire day.
If you are running late, just let us know at 403-818-5993 (you can call OR text that number). We will assess the delay and see if it’s something we can still accommodate (you never know!) But on the off chance, we might need to reschedule.
Our policy goes both ways, and should we ever be running late we will do our best to text you and let you know. If for some reason us running behind makes your schedule too tight, we will waive any cancellation/rescheduling fees and work together to find a better time for you! (obviously we try our best not to let this happen- but we want you to know we respect your time as much as we want you to respect ours).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Again, we get it- life happens. Not every scenario is predictable.
But we do ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments so we have a chance to fill that gap.
Up to 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file if there is a late cancellation, and no rescheduled date.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
For rescheduling appointments we have no issues moving you to a new day…
However we do ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice as well, again- just so we can fill that gap.
If you are rescheduling your appointment under the 24 hours (not cancelling)- we will move the appointment with a deposit fee of 50% for that next appointment. Meaning that deposit will go towards the treatment so long as it is not cancelled or rescheduled under the 24 hour mark again.
