Cancellation & No show Policy

At Untitled Esthetics Studio, we understand that life happens and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled.

Therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or No-Shows:

First time: $20 per hour for services booked will be charged.

Second time: 50% charge of the service booked will be required.

Third time: The full 100% of the service booked will be required.

Fourth time: To continue booking services, pre-payment before your appointment.
